Information:

Entry Forms		One form for each horse-rider combination. (See form below)
Vaccinations		Must be up to date and must be able to be produced on request.
Helmets		All riders must wear ASTM/SEI approved helmet.
Ride Times		You will be e-mailed or phoned the Friday before the event.
Arena		All tests will run in a standard (20m x 60m) arena.
Test Versions		Current versions will be used.
Dogs		Rule # 15 No Dogs… Please
Fees		$35 per class $20 office fee per horse and rider $35 NSF Cheques Cheques Payable to Eversfield Equestrian

Refunds, Cancellations and Postponements

In the event that the show date is canceled, the entrant will receive a full refund.

In the event that the show date is postponed and the entrant can not attend the rescheduled date, the entry fee will be refunded in full less the administration fee.

If an entrant withdraws before the closing date of entry, the entry fee will be refunded in full less the administration fee.

If an entrant withdraws after the closing date of entry, the entry fee will only be refunded with a veterinary certificate or a doctors letter.
